Annoying things about WordPress: Possibly related posts

There is one feature in WordPress that is kind of nice, but which sometimes does not at all work as intended. It’s the “Possibly related posts”-function that is added under your post. More often than not the posts are totally unrelated, and your visitor will certainly not thank you for taking them in an unwanted direction. Although it says “automatically generated”, not many people will notice that and think you yourself added these links, and if the links are no good than your credibility is no good too.

The good thing is that you can turn it off, and judging by the forum threads, most people seem to want them off. To turn them off, go to Design and Extras, which where they have hidden this function, along with the annoying “snap shot links“.
